hopefully tou all are in a good condition...
I just want to inform you about my TEFL 2 class.. two days ago exactly on saturday afternoon I presented my technique assignment. my technique assingment is story telling, here the simple lesson plan that I had presented

Simple lesson plan

• Level : elementary

• Time : 15-20 minutes

• Aim : to make students understand the story about and give them new vocabularies.

• Preparation : prepare pictures based on personal in the story or dolls that appropriate based on personal and things in the story.

» Wolf

Procedure

• Before telling story, teacher can ask learners to draw the characters in the story in order to attract them.

• Prepare the media

• Start to tell the story with fully English (no translation).

• Repeated action to drill which show again the pictures and ask them the event in the pictures.

• Differences voice based on the characters in the story.

• Ask the students the simp0le story in the middle of story, for example : what is monkey doing? Answer : monkey is eating banana.

• Ask the to predict what happen in the next story, for example : what happened after a crocodile ate the monkey?

• ask the students to sing a song, to do the action, to draw etc.

• Probably, ask some students to read and some students act based on the characteristics.

Remarks

• When we finished tell the story, ask students to retell the story to their parents.

Teacher : what does monkey eat?

Students : monkey eats banana
